We are a non-smoking, pet free community. Sixty Two Apartments homes make for a quaint community and allow easy access to management. We offer a mixture of one bedrooms and studios, many of which include decorative Juliet Balconies entered through traditional french doors.

Our residents use a keyed entry and covered parking garage directly across the street ($75/month) as well as street parking located in front of our building and the surrounding side streets. Our residents pay a monthly utility rent for water, trash and gas. Our community is monitored by cameras 24/7. Our maintenance manager lives on-site to aid residents in emergency situations.
